Water is essentially everywhere in our world, and the average human is composed of between 55 and 60% water. So what role does water play in our bodies, and how much do we actually need to drink to stay healthy?
First, sit back, relax and Watch the video...
Next, review and answer these questions - remember your result so we can talk about it in class.
Lastly, let's discuss these questions in class + you think of a couple of questions too:
  1. How is your hydration?
  2. Have you ever gone for a long period without water? - what happened and how did you feel?
  3. ​Is there any problem with drinking too much water?
